Visual Vape Library Guide Final

E-cigarettes, commonly known as vapes, are the most popular tobacco product used among teens. According to the CDC, in 2022, a reported one out of every 10 teens used vapes and 90% of the users were choosing flavored vapes; disposable vapes being the most popular. Vape products are ever changing and it can be difficult to keep up with what is available on the market. The SEPA TCP team created a “Vape Visual Library” guide to help you identify different types of vapes and other resources or websites to assist staying up to date on vapes.

Learn about the harms of vapes and download the “Vapes Visual Library“.

Want to advocate for changes regarding flavored, disposable vape products? Work with the Advocacy Institute to organize young people to fight back against tobacco.

Mission: Advocacy Institute (Ai) empowers the next generation of youth advocates to create change that impacts their health and the health of their communities.

  • We believe in authentic youth-adult partnerships.
  • We believe in the power of youth voices.
  • We value young people’s time and believe that they should be compensated for it.
  • We believe in creating a safe space where young people are heard, valued and free to be their authentic selves.
  • We believe young people are experts of their own experiences.

Advocacy Institute (Ai) is a 10-week program that empowers youth to make sustainable changes through policy, community, and media advocacy. Participants gain knowledge and opportunities to network and build their leadership skills. The program culminates in participants implementing an action project to address an issue that affects their specific community or the chosen topic at hand. The Real Talk Tobacco program uses the Ai model to engage youth in tobacco prevention education and advocate for change regarding tobacco use in their communities.
