BCHIP wants to congratulate you on taking the first step toward becoming tobacco free! Quitting smoking is the most significant step possible to protect your health and prevent illness. By registering for this FREE program your participation is expected at all five sessions. Weeks two and four will include FREE nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) for qualified participants. We offer support with stress relief, how smoking and NRT affects your body, mind and those around you, as well as the cost of this addiction.
