Southeastern Pennsylvania Tobacco Control Project (SEPA TCP) is devoted to combating tobacco use and improving the integration of tobacco control services in seven Southeastern Pennsylvania (SEPA) counties. SEPA TCP provides comprehensive tobacco prevention and treatment services as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s ongoing efforts to address tobacco use prevention and treatment, exposure to tobacco smoke pollution, and tobacco-related health disparities. The project serves residents of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, and Schuylkill Counties. Health Promotion Council (HPC) is the primary contractor for tobacco control services in SEPA.
