What:
The SEPA Wellness Coalition, Health Promotion Council and the Physical Activity, Nutrition and Obesity Prevention Work Group present a day of fun and learning!

Presentations and activities include:

  • Dietitian-led Smoothie Competition and Tasting
  • 5-minute Energy Booster Activities
  • Cutting edge nutrition research
  • Work Group and Coalition Planning for Winter 2018 and Spring 2019
  • as always, an amazing public health networking experience

Plus, a special guest speaker! Ben Laudermilch, Executive Housing Director, PA Department of Human Services:"Housing a Social Determinant of Health"
